The northbound Amtrak Texas Eagle was running about 3 1/2 hours late today as it blasted its way through Cliff Cave County Park at Milepost 12.7 along the UP DeSoto Sub. AMTK 821, which is a GE P40DC refurbished to P42DC specifications with money from the Federal Stimulus Program is on the point.
