I'm pretty sure the Effingham railroad owns it now. Yes the IW dream is done, there are still 2 cabooses at Greenville though.
And it's actually for the proposed IW operation based out of Greenville, IL that has yet to be started up (or is that moot now?). It's actually x-CR 7570.
Yeah, it's still used!
