It's a nice day for outdoor work on May 14th, 2013, as Iowa Interstate GP38-2 717 has a traction motor/wheel set replaced on its rear truck at the shop in Council Bluffs, Iowa. By May 24th, 2013, this engine (and several others) had been restencilled with PRLX reporting marks. (Photo taken on railroad property with permission and while wearing required safety gear [PPE].)
