NS CW40-9 8932 with an Eastbound mixed freight crossing over from Main 2 to Main 1 at Oakvale, WV. Main 2 was out of service between P-D Junction and Lurich due to NS replacing a bridge just West of Glen Lyn. Trains were held due to work, and when they moved, they crept by at restricted speed on Main 1.
