NS 5313 gooses the throttle as it leaves the Silver Line Window plant after dropping off a new hopper. The empty FPAX 707 hopper is in tow ready to be connected to the splat car waiting out on the line. Beige vinyl is the only color that gets delivered at the moment with white vinyl being transfered by truck to the silo's on the left. Special thanks to Jason Bialecki who's sharp ears heard the horns and gave me a heads up. Canon PowerShot S5 IS:6.0-72.0mm built-in lens @ 6mm:f4:1/250:AP:ISO80. Post processing - cropping, color correction, unsharpen mask and digital composition in adding approximately 1 inch of another photo to include the silo's in the background on the left.

Niceeeeee, you don't see pictures like this often; its normally just the big mainline freights

Good catch of some retail railroading. As much as we all like freights in action, those big trains don't happen unless someone picks up and delivers all those cars. Home page 05-14-2020
