Regional Transportation Authority F40PH 135 and C&NW E8 5021A in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in April, 1982, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. At the time of this photo I had an office in the building to the right of 135, roughly at about the cab shade level opposite the Engineer's position, the 52nd floor of the Standard Oil Building, or SOB as the residents called it.
