SP 9710 and SCL cab cross the Oconee River

Some of the last wheels to turn on the remains of the ex Georgia RR branch from Union Point and unusual for this time period is this SP GP60 followed by the usual SCL caboose coming back from a fertilizer plant at the dead end of the line in East Athens.
