Eastbound in the snow

Anywhere else, March would be a time of anticipation, as the world throws off the burdens of winter. Not so in upstate NY, where its just another month of snow and cold. BUOI is used to it, and is getting a good start on a trip down the Delaware Division to Jersey, here passing BD on the way out of town. It will be an easy trip, as the 44 cars in the train won't tax the power of the three units doing the work.
