NS train No. 221 has delivered 49 stack wells to the SP at LaBarre Road. NS power C39-8 8655, C39-8 8638, and GP60 7119 will be replaced with SP SD40M-2 8625 and SP GP60 9796 and the train will depart as SP 1-NSLBT-28.
