UGH, the problem with film. There isnt much data you can pull out from black paint, especially FRESH black paint. You cannot pull out what is not there.TP&W 2066 sits on the fuel track at Ridgefield Park, NJ 1/1999. This GP20 would later become NYSW 2066.
