This car is new to RRPA noted in the previous photo of TOYX 1927. History of TOYX 1927 Model 50ft Boxcar 5,347 cubic feet, Built November 1977 Builder FMC Corporation Portland, OR. Past RR Owners; Meridian & Bigbee, Marquette Rail, Laurinburg & Southern, Columbus & Greenville, Alabama & Gulf Coast, Current Owner TOYX Kenvil, NJ This car was acquired by Marquetette Rail in Novemebr 2007, and became their MQT 1042. It went to the Laurinburg & Southern in April 2017 as LRS 7933 and was again transferred to the Columbus & Greenville in June of 2023 as their CAGY 7933. Control fo this car was eventually acquired by the Alabama & Gulf Coast RWY, a subsidiary of the Genesee & Wyoming. AGR donated this car to TOYX in October 2025. NS moved this car from Alabama to NJ .It is stored in NJ, and used to collect Toys for Tots seasonal collections. Source; https://www.toyx.org 1927
