Description:  This little 0-6-0 switcher was built for a New York Central subsidiary line by Alco-Cooke in October of 1918 as Chicago Junction #226. It slid over to the Chicago River & Indiana circa 1920. The final days occurred in May of 1950 when it was sold for scrap. Specs - serial #59335, B-62 class, 52" drivers, 190 psi boiler pressure, 21x28" cylinders, engine weight of 163,000 lb and tractive effort of 39,100 lb. W.Vesley photo
