| This down on view shows the effects of the years since the SD50s were built for Seaboard System. While a few came from Chessie, Most of the 8500s and 8600s are of SBD heritage. The studs where the strobe lights once were are still visible along with a replacment horn and new antina configuretions. Also a note, Only the first ten to twinty SD50s had nose mounted head lights which they still remain intact. |
