SAR Class CC-7 (Side B)         
Class CC-7 (CCL-7, CCR-7) wagons entered service between 1984 and 1987. They are open wagons designed to transport coal and to run in drawbar coupled A-B pairs, although at present they are often made up into drawbar coupled sets of three or five. The brake wheel, shunter stirrups and handholds are on the right end of the A side, which is also always the drawbar end on wagons with a knuckle coupler on one end.
