William H. Davis Jr.	General	Thanks Stephen, I agree again. Birmingham features plenty of EMD power as seen here on the many transfers & locals that run. Some power hangs around for months at a time before they change them out. Some days they can be seen on the same local everyday & sometimes they are seen on other locals, but they always have the good old spartan cab & high hoods. Very rarely you see a GE widecab on the locals around Birmingham, but it has happened on rare occasions. Being that the older spartan cab power are equipped with air conditioning helps that the crews will not request widecabs for power.	6/10/2010 11:35:19 AM
