MDiv. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6969, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during December of 1926 and retired in June of 1959 after 33 years of faithful service. It's passing by the Duncannon Passenger Station with a fully-loaded mineral train. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #39 of 56) |
