Well, that's interesting. The number on the side of the locomotive certainly looks like 65-00605, but that unit was (according to my GE constructor records) delivered in June 1942, which would make it a Ph II-A1 (1 ladder per side, centered over the r/h truck). But this locomotive is clearly a Ph II-A3 (four ladders, at the frame corners).
