Stu Nicholson	General	My guess is they are a local family and it probably isn't the first time they've had an "outing" on the tracks. I would let the cops know to be on the lookout. A Family Outing
Minutes before this shot, the whole family was throwing rocks at a WB stacktrain. I think families, toddlers and infants too should hang out on a busy mainline. Yet I get questioned for the crime of taking photos.
