Charles Burgess General What a great picture...you'll never see this in Dothan again. 12/28/2011 12:50:12 AM
Charles Stookey General Great. At first I thought the logo was GM&O. What does the sign at right mean? 12/28/2011 2:44:37 AM
Bryan Smith General Great photo. Note the mainline in the foreground is ribbon rail. 12/28/2011 5:25:56 AM
Robert Farkas General The low nose third unit looks almost out of place with the other three more powerful units. It seems to be greatly overpowered. 12/28/2011 7:29:45 AM
Wendy Crim General I love reading the comments. You guys know so much more about these things. You know what I thought when I saw this? Alan Jackson's song "Chattahoochee". 12/28/2011 9:10:16 AM
Eugene Cain General That is a "Whistle Post" sign for a grade crossing. Most Railroads simply use a small sign with a "W" on it, but some Railroads used this design. I found such a sign along the abandoned G&F in south Georgia and made it into a street address sign. It looks like a mile marker now...LOL. It amazes me how much older power still exists out there. Bernie, you are a magnet for this stuff. Thanks for sharing!!! 12/28/2011 10:29:16 AM
