Jacob Rajlich	General	Though PREX classifies it as a GP7 (maybe the engine was rebuilt to a 567B?), this unit definitely started out as a GP9. The forward fuel fill, along with the lack of multiple rows of vents under the cab and under the radiator shutters identifies the unit as a GP9. PREX 701 marked GP7 on the frame
Anybody has the lineage and serial number? The hood is obviously from a GP9 w/ dynamic brakes. GP7 very rarely got dynamic brakes originally which would explain the plugging of the vent.
