Scott Nixon	General	The photo location is on the FP&E main line in Fairport Harbor, just south of their West Yard. Most likely this is a switching move: the train is coming out of the southern portion of West Yard and is going south far enough to clear the switch to push the cars into the northern portion of West Yard.
