| NS Southbound Local Freight Train A55 ( Birmingham to Boligee, Al. ) pounds over the ABS Interlocking as they pass through Tuscaloosa, Al. on their way to interchange with AGR in Boligee, Al. Most of the time A55 runs out of time before they make it to Boligee & has to get relieved by A38, which is the northbound counterpart of A55, at one time the northbound counterpart of A55 was A56, now it's A38. Between Amtrak & other higher priority trains A55 doesn't have a good chance of making it over the road most days due to having to work Bessemer & Tuscaloosa, Al. |
