| PARSONS KS May 1977 -- MKT yard slug 500 is shown at the engine facility. EMD built the unit (s/n 7383) as F7A 211A in June 1949 and later renumbered it to 74A. It was rebuilt into a slug in May 1976, retired on Dec 16 1988 and sold to National Railway Equipment on Dec 16 1988 and may still be there.
