Catching the sun  Contributor's Pick!       
Skies in the Southern Tier are famously cloudy, and days on end of solid overcast are not uncommon. Some days are hit and miss, wiith gaps in the clouds providing a glimpse of sun. Here train 167 catches one of the holes and a burst of sun as it approaches Devils Elbow, a section along the Susquehanna River that passes around a rock outcrop between Owego and Tioga Center.
