CO 2768 New to the site.
Date listed as 1951 only. Postcard reads: Doubleheaded by two Kanawhas, the westbound F.F.V. starts out from White Sulphur Springs down grade, 1951. No. 2768 was one of a group of thirty 2-8-4's built by American Locomotive Co. in 1947.

I've read somewhere that the firemen were prohibited from making too much smoke, so were perhaps leery of anybody with a camera. One publication suggested anyone with a camera could be considered a "black smoke man", providing evidence of too much smoke in the area.
