WM 7176 - Western Maryland under Chessie System (ex-WM 242)  Contributor's Pick!       
Seen again in this album but now wearing the Chessie System number 7176, ex-WM 242 also has a new paint scheme, labeled by some as the "circus" paint. It would be gone by 1979, traded back to EMD.
