CSX 8400 on OISE         
The Conrail split is a little over two months old. Both CSX and NS are in full meltdown and both railroads are grabbing whatever power they can to move the tonnage. CSX 8400, NS 5048 and CR 7696 are on OISE at Ridgefield Park, NJ 8/1999.
