NH 4-6-4 #1402 - New York, New Haven & Hartford  Contributor's Pick!       
Beautiful example of a 1937 Baldwin built streamlined 4-6-4 for the New York, New Haven & Hartford, Instead of "Hudson", the New Haven called this I-5 class "Shoreliners". Specifics - 80" drivers, impressive 285 psi boiler pressure, 22x30" cylinders, engine weight of 365,300 lb, tractive effort of 43,968 lb. No information given on the back of the photo so the date is approximate. With Eric Reinert's help (see comment below), the location may be South Station in Boston, MA.
