Here is an official photo of the fatal wreck at the Pennsylvania Railroad's New Portage Junction in Duncansville, Pennsylvania, on 6 November 1916. Visible at the far right is a portion of PRR engine #2115, an H-6A (2-8-0) "Consoldiated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during June of 1902 and retired in June of 1927 after 25 years of faithful service.
