PRR 1759, H-9S, c. 1949         
Here is an original photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1759, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8B during 1909, rebuilt as an H-9S in April of 1923, and retired in March of 1952 after 43 years of service. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. Roy Healey Collection; #5 of 16.
