| Q647 (Chicago, IL Clearing - Waycross, GA) rolls south through downtown Trenton. The backhoe to the right of the train is sitting on the old right of way for the Trenton passing siding. CSX rebuilt this siding in 2006 to eliminate the three crossings in town being blocked whenever a meet would occur. The passing track is now located south of where the photographer is standing while a small section of the old passing siding remains as a storage track. |
