This is the same locomotive as BCK 46. Ontario Midland Railroad transferred it to Ontario Central Railroad for operation as part of the Ontario Lines and was renumbered Engine #14. I would assume that the New York & Lake Erie Railroad purchased it from Conrail and had changed the number back to Engine #46 before selling it to Ontario Midland Railroad. Much of the information came from Don's Rail photos, although not all of the information regarding the locomotive is correct.
