PRR 4651, I-1SA, 1955         
Elmira. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David Connor that was taken near Millport, New York, on 24 August 1955. At the left is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4651, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an I-1S in October of 1923, rebuilt in Juniata as an I-1SA in December of 1938, and retired in September of 1956. At the right is Erie Railroad engine #832, an E-8 built by GM-EMD in March of 1951 and rated at 2,250 HP. ("Stoneborobranch"; #9 of 34)
