PRR 5439, K-4S, 1957         
Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken inside of the PRSL Engine House in Camden, New Jersey, on 24 June 1957. The photographer is not identified. Partially visible here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #5439, #4035, and another locomotive whose number is not recorded. #5439 is a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1927 and retired in April of 1958. #4035 is a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during November of 1916 and retired in November of 1957.
