Kern. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Fred Kern that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, on 23 August 1953. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3768, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during June of 1920, streamlined in 1936, and retired in October of 1953 after 33 years of faithful service.
