Prominent here is the western face of the Pennsylvania Railroad's 50-stall East Altoona Roundhouse. In the mid-foreground are several deadlined PRR steam locomotives, including an unidentified "M" Class (4-8-2) "Mountain." Note the photographer's own shadow superimposed upon the "Mountain." |
