| Caltrains CEMOF yard is relatively quiet on a Sunday afternoon in March. In the yard today is Caltrain 927, one of the 6 MP36PH-3Cs the railroad owns. These units are usually used for "Baby Bullet" services during peak service periods. Peeking out from behind 927 is F40PH-2CAT 908. Most equpment is stored on the storage tracks on the left, where Caltrain 917 (far left) is parked. Midway through the line of asorted coaches on the 3rd track from left is Caltrain 938, the AEM7 Caltrain recently painted into Caltrain colors after purchasing it from Amtrak. |
