PRR 8251, K-4S, 1937         
Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at the Passenger Station in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, on 4 December 1937. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8251, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during August of 1918 and retired in December of 1947 after 29 years of faithful service. Note the Fireman on the tender's deck, replenishing its reservoir. "Fill 'er up, Mack!" Gary Mittner Collection.
