Still in IC black paint and still showing an Illinois Central emblem, setting next to Chicago Central GP18 #9426 in the Chicago Central yard at Waterloo. Verbage above the IC emblem on cab is hard to read, I can make out "????? Service Only" and below that says "Do Not Occupy".
