| This is the south end of the Espee's freight house at New Iberia, with the main line on the left and the depot on the other side of the building. Notice the star-and-circle emblem of Morgan's Louisiana & Texas Railroad underneath the peak of the roof! The track on the right served several business along Railroad Street and once ran all the way to Bayou Teche, about four blocks away. |
