Southbound MNA Work Train With a MP Caboose Editors Pick! Contributor's Pick!
Headed down the ex-MP were these 2 GP40's running long hood forward with rock in tow. You might have noticed the ex-MP Caboose on the rear of the train. The train was headed from Kansas City down to Nevada to do some MOW Work on the MNA Clinton Branch, which is ex-MKT.

Hank Plow General I don't know why, but I really like this shot. Keep 'em coming.......trust your intuition. 8/2/2007 10:33:00 AM
David Mead General I like this a lot - the picture has been fileld and I like the way you have exagerated the shape of the train. Nice bright red. Interesting use of the zoom. 8/3/2007 4:39:35 PM
Ron Moraca General Nice picture, dude! Very cool! Those MOW crews'll have their work cut out for 'em, with gondolas that dump OTR and hoppers that dump BTR. Congats on having your photo becoming an Editor's Pick!, Zach! You've done a super job. 4/30/2008 2:58:21 PM
