Gary Waxler General Wonder why it has two sets of ditch lights? 11/19/2008 10:31:23 AM
Andrew Newman General Hi Gary, the reason why it has two sets of ditch lights is because in BC where I am from, there is a lot of Valleys and Canyons around. It gets dark here really fast so BC Rail for safety reasons put two sets of ditch lights. 12/11/2008 12:52:20 PM
Jim Hellstrom General Notice that the lowest lights are canted toward the opposite sides of the track. These (I am told) are referred to as "Rock Lights" in that they give a better view around corners to see any debris or obstructions in time to hopefully avoid a collision. 11/15/2021 10:25:58 PM
