Four passenger diesels sit silently in the Amtrak yard at Oakland. The yard sits just north of the Oakland Jack London Square station. The bridge in the background is the Middle Harbor Road bridge, which connects the Port of Oakland with the rest of Oakland. From right to left are California DOT (CDTX) 2008 and 2011, Amtrak 176, and CDTX 2003. Visible to the right of 2008 is cab car 8313, which appeared to be out of service for repairs or wreck damage.
