A row of black shrouded Illinois Central units sit in the Jackson, MS yard when this photo was taken by Dennis E. Conniff Jr. This SD40-2 was built by EMD in February of 1976 originally as Burlington Northern #6721 but it landed on the IC roster sometime after 1986. The current status is unknown. This is a photo from the Dennis E. Conniff collectionm and now is part of my collectin. |
