In this context, the "Pacific" is departing the Station with a passenger train, the switcher awaits its next assignment, while the "Decapods" are powering a freight train up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin and points West. It appeared in the September 1981 issue of "The Keystone" magazine, page 7. Photo Caption: "This amazing photograph was taken by Charles B. Chaney from the inspection car at the rear of the train pulled by K-5 No. 5699. Another section of the Inspection Trip is about to pull up and pass Chaney's train.
