| Asheville, North Carolina, June 18, 2016, 12:53pm: The yard job, EMD GP38-2 NS 5156 and GP40-2 3023, at Norfolk Southern’s Asheville yard is parked, but closer inspection shows the rear truck on the 5156 in not where it’s supposed to be. The high sun and shadows make it hard to see that one of the wheel sets is off the tracks. |
