PRR 1196, H-9S, c. 1955         
Coal Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1196, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in Juniata as an H-8SB during May of 1912, rebuilt as an H-9S in May of 1925, and retired in September of 1959 after 47 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. Produced and distributed by FJC Products of Newport, Delaware.
