PRR 1000, "Aerotrain," 1996         
Here are two photos by Harold Reehl that were taken at the Passenger Station in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 1956. They were published originally on the back cover of the Summer 1996 issue of "Keystone" magazine. Partial Caption: "The Aero Train's consist was coaches #308, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 301, and round-end observation #310. Each car seated 40." Shown here is the Pennsylvania Railroad's "Aerotrain," built by General Motors during July of 1955.
