The South Shore Cars approach Beach Rode on the west side of Potter Lake.
The South Shore and CTA cars meet. As soon as the CTA cars cleared the switch, the South Shore cars were off.
The South Shore Cars sit beside some trees with some already brown leaves. Colors changed fairly early this year north of Chicago.
After grabbing some lunch at Subway, we went down to the cemetery on the east side of town to await the 12 PM run east to Muckwonago. About a half hour later after the scheduled departure, the South Shore cars came around the bend with another set of passengers. Here the train passes the distant signal at "Trent Junction" which I would assume is now a place where interurban cars get off the mainline to allow other ones to pass. At one time though it was clear that this was used to serve local industries in East Troy.
