I managed to catch the local at the lake crossing on this day. Sadly, CSS 2002 was leading, the only GP38-2 on the roster without a RS3K horn, making it sound so generic compared to the others.
Of course the local showed up before I could get home and grab it. Power was CSS 2002 and 2006.
I thought this shot would be interesting.
